Our 3rd episode of Questions we look more at the "End Times" and our guest Dr. Bruce Galenza will give us a psychology perspective as well as a perspective from outside of the faith. Dr Galenza joins us from GPRC where he teaches psychology. Bruce will share his perspective on evangelicalism and end times thinking. From how the end times draws people into unbalanced thinking to how thinking about end times affects our mental balance.

We look at the important issue of mental health and the stigmas that can accompany a person of faith. We are joined by mental health professional Don Thompson to give us his insights into how to address mental health and the misconceptions that we often hold onto.

In this pre-recorded session, Duff and Chris share some of their personal experiences of battling with mental health and the various stigmas and myths they encountered through it, as well some of the things they learned to help them through their difficult times.

We kick off a new season of Questions by starting off with what does it mean to think critically? We live a world of information and with that comes a challenge to even understand what is even true. We will discuss and explore what it means to use critical thinking to help understand your world and how critical thinking is an essential part of a vibrant faith. As we hear about more and more people leaving the church, we wondered, what is the point of the church? Why does it even matter? Isn't it an out of date model that is irrelevant anyways? We will look at "the Church" and its purpose as well as look at what lies ahead for the church.

This week we are looking into the more personal side of addictions. Particularly, how we often hide our struggles or dismiss them as "not that bad". We are joined by Esther Thompson who is going to share some of her own realizations in facing her own struggles.

Are faith and science mutually exclusive or can they co-exist? Can you reconcile science into a life of faith? Joining us for this session is Sean Irwin, (Ph.D. Calgary). Sean is a professor of Biology at Grande Prairie Regional College, and is the Chairperson of the Science department, He is a geneticist and is presently involved in the treatment and purification of wastewater, a project of the National Research Council of Canada. In our final episode for this season we look at the Bible and discuss what do we do with the difficult and hard to accept parts of it. Do we disregard the Old Testament, what about commands that seem outdated? These ideas and more we will discuss and as usual we welcome your questions in the chat.
